Best Tracks in Persona 4: Dancing All Night

Having just obtained my platinum trophy in Persona 4: Dancing All Night, I can tell you one of my favorite things about this game was some of the amazing tracks in it.

I’ll share here my 3 favorite tracks from the game, in case you haven’t yet decided whether to play. But in general, I recommend Persona 4: Dancing All Night. It has just the right amount of totally cornball dialogue in the game, just a wacky enough plot, and a great rhythm game. The platinum trophy is very achievable. One thing I was originally annoyed with was the inability to assign an arbitrary dancer to a track, but after playing, each individual character’s dance is really well-tuned to their personality – substituting Chie in for Yukiko in the SNOWFLAKES song would seem really off – the dance for that song is just SO Yukiko.

3. SNOWFLAKES (NARASAKI Remix)

SNOWFLAKES was one of my favorite tracks in Persona 4: Golden, and this remix emphasizes the emotion of that track while adding a nice driving beat.

2. NOW I KNOW (Yuu Miyake Remix)

My second favorite track features my darling Rise, dancing to a remix of “Now I Know” from Persona 4: Arena. I love the electronica in this track, especially how it builds. If you play the game, the way the beat works in the rhythm component really works with both the song and dance in a really nice way.

1. Best Friends (Banvox Remix)

And my favorite track is also a remix of a song from one of the Arena games, Best Friends. This video gives a nice, interesting, electronic song, emphasizing the rhythm of the original. And Chie is awesome in it… although for this embed I’m using the Japanese version, because Hocchan is justice.

There’s tons of other nice music too, but these are my three faves based on my play so far.
